OpenLift Cart support

Include your store URL, theme name, a description of the problem, and the steps to reproduce it. Please do not email passwords, access tokens, or customer information.

Enable your drawer

Open OpenLift Cart from Apps in Shopify admin and save your settings.
Select Open theme editor. Enable the OpenLift Cart app embed and save the theme.
Test adding a product, changing quantity, removing an item, and going to checkout.

If two drawers open

Check your theme’s cart settings and other cart apps. Disable the other drawer, then test again. Custom themes and other cart scripts can require additional compatibility work.

Shipping goals and offers

The shipping progress bar is informational. Configure the matching shipping rate in Shopify. A goal is hidden when the cart currency differs from the store currency. Product offers must be available on the Online Store, with a purchasable variant.

Turn off the app

Disable the OpenLift Cart app embed in the theme editor and save. To remove the app, uninstall it in Shopify Settings → Apps. Test your theme’s normal cart after disabling the drawer.
